TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to confirm all bookings with the balance due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Any one night stays are payable in full prior to arrival and where the amount is less than $200 this total amount is also non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of a booking with incur a loss of your deposit
Any “No Show” will have the balance charged in full.
Every attempt will be made to on-sell a vacancy after a cancellation has been notified, however, if the accommodation is not on-sold then full accommodation charged will apply.

USE OF THE POOL
All guests use the pool at their own risk

DAMAGE
All damage caused will be charged to your account.
Charges will also be made to your account for the cost of any excess cleaning.
