Being the largest bay on Magnetic Island, Horseshoe Bay is home to a great variety of activities. It’s a fantastic area for snorkelling and diving due to the two granite outcrops that frame the bay, providing a haven for fish and nice calm waters.
For the more adventerous the bay offers jet ski tours and horse trails, as well as guided scuba diving trips out onto the glorious Great Barrier Reef.
Head around to to Radical Bay, only a short walk over the ridge where you’ll find historical WWII forts and defences, and with a keen eye you may spot some Koalas. From there you can make your way to Balding Bay where the most pristine beaches are
